We represent clients from a wide range of geographies and countries.   80% of our clients are not in the geographical proximity of our offices, but thanks to the telephone and internet, we interact very effectively with clients located in other US states and foreign countries.  Read our section on how we communicate with you to understand how effectively we interact with distantly located clients in each stage of the patenting process. 

In addition to telephone and e-mail communication, we have also invested in the highly user friendly Webex® collaboration software (requires no special software or installation at the clients computer) that helps us work very closely with our clients. More so, nowadays, long distance engagement through telephone, e-mail and Webex® or a combination thereof is sometimes much more effective than a face to face meeting!
